CRUSTY CRAB AND THE SAND CASTLE!!
Summer summer, warm and bright!
Smiled the crab, in delight!!
Under a shell, in the shade,
on the sand, down he laid.
Warm weather, warmer sun!
Peace and quiet had begun.
In a second, up he was…
In a little human’s paws!
Oh! humans, they’re here too
They simply don’t get the clue.
The ocean view is mine, so please
Don’t crush me, with your knees
Human saw that crab was mad.
Would it be fun to make him glad?
He built a castle in the sand
With sea shells to make it grand!
As he picked up the little guy,
He said, “Crab don’t be shy!
Sit in the shade of the shell
Watch the ocean cast her spell.”
Human and crab, side by side,
watched the ocean, rush and slide.
Digging their toes in the sand!
Salty air and sunshine grand!!
